Features of planting and growing

If the grower decided to grow Druzhba grapes, then he needs to find a suitable optimal place in his garden. You need to choose an arrangement where there will be enough lighting, heat and water will not stagnate. Planting is carried out in the spring.

Important! Before planting Druzhba grapes, you need to prepare a pit in advance in the fall. This is done so that the prepared soil is frozen in winter and all harmful microorganisms die.

How is the landing:

  • A pit of 75 cm by 75 cm is dug.
  • The excavated earth is mixed with humus or ash.
  • Then the fertilized soil is poured back into the pit, not filling up one third.
  • In the spring, a cone is poured in the middle of the hole, which will serve to accommodate the roots of the seedling.
  • After installing the seedling in the ground, pour in 2 buckets of water, add the earth and trample it down.
  • Next, you will need to mulch the earth around the trunk.

Grape feeding:

  • Superphosphate should be introduced before the start of the growing season.
  • Then, after 2 weeks, add Nitroammofosku to the soil.
  • During fruiting, Nitroammofoska is also introduced.

During the first three years, it is necessary to cut off the dead shoots. In the following years, the formation of bushes is necessary so that about 30-40 eyes remain. One shoot should not have more than 7 buds.

Important! To reduce the load on the bush, you need to make and install a trellis with a height of at least 2 meters.

After planting the grapes, young bushes spud. If this is not done in time, then there is a risk of the beginning of rotting of the vine.

Disadvantages and advantages

The advantages of this variety include the fact that it is distinguished by the presence of good affinity, which is of great importance for the grower. The grapes form many eyes, which indicates a high yield. The bunch ripens early. With good and proper care, it is possible to increase the yield. Friendship grapes are very frost-resistant and are not afraid of fungal diseases.

The disadvantages include the shape of the berries. In addition, if such grapes are grown in the northern regions, then it will definitely need to be covered.

If you do everything right when growing this grape variety, the harvest will be good.
