Growing stages

Soak seeds for 10 minutes, discard floating seeds. Disinfect the dried seeds in the solution for 10 minutes. To do this, add 0.1 g of potassium permanganate per 100 ml of water. Spread the seeds on a cotton cloth, cover with a plate and leave in a warm place for a day.

  • Planting growths in the ground. The seedling container should be 10 cm high and 6 cm in diameter. The soil can be bought ready-made or prepared by mixing sand and peat in equal parts. In the ground, make furrows 1 cm deep at a distance of 4 cm from each other. Plant seeds every 2 cm. Drizzle with water. After the appearance of the first leaves, you can dive the seedlings in separate glasses. In this case, the root is truncated by 20%. Every day the seedling pots are taken outside for an hour to harden.
  • Planting seedlings in a greenhouse. Season: mid-May. Remove 10 cm of the top layer of soil in the greenhouse. To clear the land of weeds and treat with copper sulfate. Dig holes every 40 cm, beds every 50 cm.
    Additional Information. Due to non-compliance with the 40 × 50 planting scheme, tomatoes may not have enough light, nutrients and moisture.
