Citruses
Easy to plant and maintain, citrus fruits are slow to harvest. But the tree, which is not yet bearing fruit, will be useful for the home: it will perfectly clean the air, give a pleasant aroma and delight with its appearance.
Lemon, tangerine, grapefruit, orange, pomelo - any of these fruits are grown from one seed, planted in loose soil to a depth of 1 cm.The soil must be kept moist before germination, and the pots must be placed in a warm place - the optimum temperature for sowing is 25 ° C.
Avocado
A real vitamin bomb, avocados are loved by millions of people. You can grow a green handsome man like this: after removing the shell from the bone, plant it with the wide side to a depth of 2-3 cm so that the tip remains on top. Until the leaves appear, the temperature should be about 18 ° C. Avocados will perfectly cope with winter in a cool place.
A pineapple
The symbol of the tropical islands has no seeds, but they are not needed either: you need to plant the top of the fruit cut off with a couple of cm of pulp. Sand is fine for pineapple. This fruit loves frequent watering.
Persimmon
The seeds for sowing are taken from a fully ripe fruit. For several days they are soaked in a solution of potassium permanganate, then for 2 months they lie in a warm place (50 ° C). After this period, it is necessary to clean the hard ribs with sandpaper and start planting - a mixture of sand and peat will be optimal. The depth should be 1.5 cm. The plant feels good in the cool - about 5-10 ° C. On average, the plant will begin to bear fruit in 5-7 years.
Lychee
The so-called Chinese plum with a pleasant taste at home will not give a harvest soon: you should not wait for the fruit to appear earlier than 10 years later. The seeds are planted immediately after being removed from the fruit. The depth is 2 cm, the air temperature is high enough, the soil is moist, there is enough light: in such conditions, lychees have every chance to ascend.
Mango
Growing such an exotic fruit at home is not an easy task, but very exciting. Only seeds from ripe fruits are suitable for planting. You can check the maturity of the mango by separating the pulp from the stone: in a ripe fruit, the pulp leaves easily.
Further, the bone is cracked, and a green sprout sits in the ground. It is best to use a large pot - the mango will grow large. The first shoots appear after 2-3 weeks, and the first fruits - at 6-7 years.
