  1. First, remove the motor from the old vacuum cleaner. Suppose for definiteness that this household device had a cylindrical, elongated shape.
  2. It is necessary to fix the knives on the axis of rotation of the motor. To do this, you can take a steel plate 2 mm wide and long enough to rotate freely inside the case. The motor must be secured; for this, a bar is attached to the top of the cylinder, on which it will be suspended. This will point the motor axis down.
  3. It is necessary to make two discs that will be located on the axis of the motor: one above the attachment point of the knives, the other below. They limit the space inside which grain crushing will take place.
  4. Discs must be specially treated. In the one below the knives, you need to make a lot of holes. It will function as a sieve.
  5. At the edges, the side space should be closed. Except for one hole on the side, through which grain will flow for processing.
  6. Now you need to assemble the entire mechanism.

The assembly of this homemade product is done as follows:

  1. A large funnel should be attached to the side, into which the grain will be fed for processing. This must be done in such a way that it falls into the side hole between the discs.
  2. The cylinder with the motor must be installed vertically on a rack so that a bucket can be placed under it, where the crushed grains will fall.

The scheme of work is as follows. If you pour grain into the funnel and connect the electricity to the motor, the grain will fall into the reservoir between the discs. There, rotating knives will break it until it falls out through the lower disc, which acts as a sieve, into the bucket.
