How to grow tomatoes Windrose

Sowing seeds for seedlings. Season: early May.

5 days before sowing, soak tomato seeds for 10 minutes in a special solution: 30 g of salt per liter of water. Those that surfaced are thrown away. Dry the rest of the seeds. Then disinfect by pouring a new solution for 10 minutes: 0.1 g of potassium permanganate and 100 ml of water. Cover the seeds, spread on cheesecloth, with a plate and leave in a warm place until sprouts appear.

Sowing tomato

Choose a container for planting seeds: plastic pots or another container with a diameter of 10 cm. Fill with equal parts of sand and peat, leaving 2 cm to the brim. Sow 2 seeds in each container and water.

Bury tomato pots in the soil in a cold greenhouse filled with biofuel. Cover with foil on top, secure along the edges with stones and earth, set arcs on top and cover with covering material. After 7 days, cut holes in the foil above the pots and close again. Water 3 times a week with warm water.

Landing in open ground. Season: mid June.

Important! You should not plant tomatoes in the garden area where potatoes, eggplant or peppers grew a year ago - the risk of late blight infection increases.

Note! Planting scheme: leave a distance of 70 cm between the rows, the distance between the bushes - 35 cm.

Sprinkle with warm water once a week.

Seedling

You need to feed tomatoes 1 time in 2 months in the morning or in the evening with phosphorus or potassium fertilizers. Exclude nitrogen fertilizers.

  • To increase yields, you will have to spend money on fertilizers;

The advantages of the variety:

  • Ripe fruits do not crack;
  • Immunity to fungal diseases;
  • Tomatoes can ripen at home.
