Landing

Representatives of this series feel best in the sun, but they can grow in partial shade.

  • Planting is best done in spring (April-May);
  • It is better to choose a sunny place located on a small hill;
  • The soil should be fertile, loose, breathable (humus, peat, sand are added to the planting pit);
  • After planting, the seedlings are watered abundantly;
  • The trunk circle is mulched with peat.

Important! Immediately after planting, the first formed buds are removed and allowed to bloom only in the second half of summer.

Care consists in regular watering, weeding, pruning, dressing. You need to water regularly, preventing the soil from drying out. Top dressing is carried out in spring with nitrogen, in summer and autumn - with phosphorus and potassium.

Pruning

In spring pruning, 5 strong shoots are left, and on them - 7-8 well-developed buds. Autumn pruning is carried out at the end of October, shortening the shoots by one third of their length.

Pruning roses

In adverse weather conditions, the risk of powdery mildew and black spotting increases.
Shelter is required for the winter.
