Eric Tabarly rose was bred in another, no less famous French nursery by its founder, Aylan Meyer. The official date for the appearance of this new variety is 2002.

The foliage is dense, emerald colored, with a matte shade.
Erik rose bloom - repeated, buds are densely double, each of the flowers contains at least 90 petals. The shape of the dark red, almost crimson buds is very beautiful, and some growers call this variety English. The size of the opened bud can be up to 10-12 cm, so these roses can be considered large.
The smell of blossoming flowers is well felt in the daytime, but in the morning and in the evening these flowers practically do not smell.

The resistance of this perennial to rainy weather is weak, it does not tolerate shrubs well and too abundant watering - the plant can infect root rot. This perennial is practically not susceptible to all other diseases.
